Account

Creating an account is straightforward. Visit the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a username, and set a strong password. Once you confirm your details, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register on P998.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Operating multiple accounts is against P998's terms and conditions and can result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you think your account has been compromised, contact support immediately rather than creating a new one.

After logging in, go to your account settings section. You can update your display name, email address, and notification preferences there. For changes to your registered mobile number, reach out to support via live chat as identity verification may be required before the update is processed.

Deposits

P998 supports the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan:

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your P998 balance almost instantly — typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If more than 10 minutes have passed and your balance hasn't updated, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact live chat support with your account username and the transaction reference number.

The minimum deposit at P998 is PKR 200. This applies across all supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. There is no upper cap on how much you can deposit, though very large transactions via mobile wallets may be subject to the daily limits set by JazzCash or Easypaisa on their own platforms.

P998 does not charge any fees on deposits made through supported local payment methods. You receive the full amount in your account. Keep in mind that your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — that is outside P998's control. Always check your wallet app's fee structure if you're unsure.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure the account details you enter match the name on your P998 profile. Withdrawals sent to mismatched accounts may be delayed or reversed.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 15–30 minutes during regular hours. Bank transfers and Raast payments typically arrive within 1–3 business hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID and our team will look into it straight away.

Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. This helps keep processing efficient for all players. There is no penalty for withdrawing small amounts above this threshold. If your balance is below PKR 500, you will need to play and build it up before requesting a withdrawal.
